Life will not be exists without water. In order to keep our body properly hydrated we must constantly be adding fresh water and water can also be act as key role for many common ailments such as headaches, joint pain and much more.

We should drink enough to balance water losses. The metabolic processes in our bodies produce about 250ml, and we get another 750ml from our food. This leaves 1.5 litres to be supplied from drinks. Moreover we can go for weeks without food but only 3 days without water!


Water makes up nearly 85 percent of our brain, about 80 percent of our blood and about 70 percent of our lean muscle. Because there are a lot of tissues that have less water, the average is about 50 percent.

  8. It is estimated that 75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated.
  9. Just 1 glass of water can shut down midnight hunger pangs so as to keep your acid levels balanced.
  10. Water helps remove toxins from the body, in particular from the digestive tract.
  11. Water regulates the body's cooling system. Sports drinks are useful when consumed after or during vigorous and prolonged exercise in high heat.
